  1. Not the fault of your sales team, but the faucet sprayer sucks. It has so much restriction inside the head that the water barely comes out. Which is why I tried a new one. The water coming out has full pressure before the sprayer head is attached. Wouldn’t recommend this faucet.

    • It’s a new sprayer head and IF the water flow is still restricted that could be due to many factors that may not be related to the head itself. Did you make sure to flush your water lines at the valves for 4-5 gallons worth before attaching this faucet originally? Are you missing the seal that connects the sprayer head along with the main pull down hose, or is it damaged? This would create a loss in pressure around the seal if it’s missing or damaged. Have you tried tightening the cartridge? Call us and we will help troubleshoot this with you.

Check to see if you have this seal still and check to make sure its not damaged or warped.
