All Products Return Policy
Most of our products are eligible for return within 30 days after delivery (*some exclusions apply). It is your responsibility to understand our policy prior to purchasing or initiating a self-return. We highly encourage you to contact customer support to help create and walk you through the return process and policy.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, RETURNED WITH YOUR OWN POSTAGE, RETURNS PAST 30 DAYS or ITEMS RETURNED TO US DAMAGED DUE TO NEGLIGENT REPACKAGING OF OUR ITEMS.
We request that product(s) are properly packaged the same way they were sent to you to ensure no damage will occur when shipping back. We have the right to deny any return if necessary. Once we receive the product we will then refund the purchase (less the shipping cost and 15% restocking fee) within 48 hours after inspection (inspection usually takes 24-48 hours).
The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee which are deducted prior to refund of the accepted return.
Please try to avoid returns for size-specific and color-specific items you purchased by double-checking the dimensions before you place an order. Samples of our finishes can be purchased under ACCESSORIES > FAUCET HOLE COVERS. All of our products are professionally photographed and are genuine to what you see in the photos. Photos are taken in excellent lighting and may appear slightly darker depending on your home lighting. We are here to help and want to make sure items you purchase fit for your application and desired look.
Clients who receive “Member Pricing” or have a wholesale account receive refunds in the form of store credits ONLY.

When you purchase any items from us and they are marked as delivered with shipping provider or local pick up, you are accepting and acknowledging that the item(s) and or package(s) were delivered with satisfaction to you regardless if no signature was obtained at delivery. You are responsible to anticipate your own packages and being available to receive them. Attempting to file a phony and fraudulent dispute is subject to all local and state laws and you will be persecuted and reported to authorities as well as your local bank. In conjunction to all this, you will also be blacklisted from our website which is a permanent ban.
We will accept returns for any damaged, defective, and incorrect shipments within 30 days after delivery. If damage, defect, or incorrect item is found, please contact Customer Support at 888.517.1118 EXT 2 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Replacement(s) (when readily available) product(s) will be shipped within 48 hours after you’ve sent back the damaged one and we’ve acknowledged or approved you return. If you are using the self service return portal for a damaged product please depict that and provide explanation. Follow up with an email of your RMA# in the email subject with images or video of the damage so we can help you faster.
Strictly Kitchen and Bath will cover all shipping charges for any returns of damaged/defective goods or incorrect shipments. If you believe your item(s) arrived to you damaged or incorrect, then please contact us immediately upon unpacking your item(s).
Returns for any reason made outside of the 30 days from which you received it will be denied indefinitely, NO EXCEPTIONS.
