I've been searching for a kitchen sink for my new remodel and after numerous google searches Strictly kitchen appeared. I am so glad to have found them. Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have so many sinks to see. I went there for ideas and left with a sink that I love. I chose a black granite composite workstation sink and it isn't made in China. The price was comparable and maybe a bit less than others I looked at and I like that the cutting board is actually wood and not a composite material. I will add photos once it is installed in a few weeks.

Good experience buying in-store when I bought a faucet and sink set from Strictly Sinks about 3 years ago. Great selection, nice staff. A few months ago, however, the pull-down sprayer frayed and the tubing is now on the verge of breaking. I've contacted the store twice, with zero response on warranty or recommendations on how to repair their product. Frustrating experience for what was initially a great review.

Sink dimension and styling are perfect. The functionality of the sink is poor. Water collects on the ridge of the work station where the accessories sit. Also the sink does not drain, there is always water and debris sitting in the bottom of the sink. There isn't enough of a pitch towards the drain hole so there is always pudding. I am disappointed everytime I use the sink.

Extremely impressed by this company. Not only did they had options for an oddly sized sink we currently have in our home, the quality of the sink exceeded my expectations. We opted for the black stainless steel and it's stunning. Definitely makes a statement against my granite countertops. Purchased a the "black" stainless steel sink and had it for 30 days before the rubber on the grid took the color off! Very minimal use too! Of course the company tells me its not their issue and this is normal.... only after the other person tells me that is a manufacturing issue and they aren't supposed to be using the rubber anymore because it's causing these problems. Nope they don't care. I have read many horrible reviews on their page after the fact so it's disappointing they won't replace the sink Orr fix the issue. Do not waste your hard earned money!!!

For years we researched and called other sink shops because we wanted to switch our Double Bowl Sink to a Single Bowl for more space.
Most places said it can’t be done or it would be too expensive, etc…..until I found Strictly Sink!
After contacting Jonathan and letting him know what we wanted, he quickly was able to find an exact match that would fit in the existing hole in our granite countertop.
Jonathan gave me multiple options and informed me if I wanted to go with a larger sink what would have to be done as well.
This experience felt like I was dealing with someone who truly cares about what a customer wants and not just another sales pitch to get someone to buy an expensive sink.
Once I purchased the sink from Jonathon, my installer was able to get it installed in just a few hours and had zero issues with the fitment!! He even said that this was one of the easiest installs he’s done before.

I was looking for a specific size of a drop in mount, workstation style sink that the glass rinser, soap dispenser, and on/off switch could easily be added as accessories.

I received a reply quickly and Jonathan Bannoura was ready to help me with all my questions.
He gave me all the answers I needed to make a decision on which sink to purchase.
After sending him photos of our existing corian sink that was installed under corian counter top, he made some suggestions and gave me some important things I needed to know and what I should do to prepare for such a sink.

Have a faucet that was in our home already when we bought it 3 years ago. Had the pull down hose develope a leak. Not knowing the logo on the faucet, a local plumbing supply company informed us that it was Strictly. When I arrived, I explained what had appeared to happen to the existing hose on the faucet. The weight on the hose was installed in the middle of the curve/loop, and over the 3+ years, had developed a cut in the hose from the edges of the weight. It did not leak all of the time, just when we pulled down on the sprayer, then the hole would spray all over the inside of the cabinet.
Strictly generously took the time to find the right hose, showed me how to re-install it, and did not charge me for the part. I will return for other kitchen needs if we are doing any remodeling or upgrades.

I ordered the Rose Gold stainless steel work station sink, 32". I LOVE my kitchen sink!!! From the moment I found this on the Strictly Sinks site I knew I had to have it. I just spoke with Customer Service who would not accept a return of a new item that was outside of their 30 day return policy. I informed the representative that I was seeking to return the faucet I purchased because it is a completely different color finish than the hardware I had purchased, which was majorly backordered. The faucet is still in the original packaging. It was not touched and is still available for purchase on the website. I was told no exceptions can be made. I understand policies and business concerns, I am an attorney, but I am also a business owner and appreciate customer service, which is completely lacking here. There was zero understand for the realities of home renovation/construction at this time. Spend your money elsewhere.

They have the best customer service I have experienced from any website/company ever! I ordered kitchen sink hardware from their website and ended up ordering parts that were not going to work for my sink. When I called they stayed on the phone, helped me order the correct parts, and sent me a mailing label to send back the parts I ordered incorrectly. My 2nd experience was the fact that the faucet I purchased from their site ended up being defective. I left voice mail they called me back right away, apologized all over, immediately sent out a replacement same day, sent me free postage mail label to send back the broken faucet. didn't make me wait until they received old faucet to send replacement out. I highly recommend this company - they have unique products that are made in u.s.

1.5yr review. Still a very nice sink, cleans up easy. The Black Stainless finish is still in great condition, I added pics of the bottom where it has worn some. We would purchase again.

I recently remodeled my kitchen including new countertops and a new sink and faucet. my search for a sink was challenging because supplies being limited and on backorder due to the COVID shutdown at factories. I was looking for a stainless steel, deep, single bowl workstation. I also wanted it to be 16 gauge stainless steel for durability. My boyfriend is a carpenter and told me about Strictly Kitchen & Bath out of Livonia, Michigan. They're product line included a gorgeous copper stainless workstation sink I was looking for. I reached Jonathon from Strictly Kitchen & Bath and I had my sink shipped to Arizona in two weeks!! He was so personable and provided top-notch customer service. He even gave me his cell number and kept me in the loop on the status of my order. I ordered some extra workstation pieces which he made sure were included in the shipment. I could not be happier with the quality of this product and would highly recommend Strictly Sinks!! I hope to share some of the pictures here with my review.

We recently remodeled our kitchen including new cabinets, countertops and a new sink and faucet. With COVID playing havoc with supplies in all categories, my search for a sink was pretty daunting. I was looking for a specific look, a black stainless steel, deep, single bowl workstation. I also wanted it to be 16 gauge stainless steel for durability. In my searches I came across Strictly Kitchen & Bath out of Livonia, Michigan. They're product line included just the sink I was looking for . . . but there was a problem . . . the particular sink I was looking for was on a container, on a train, somewhere between the docks in Long Beach California and Michigan. Enter Jonathon, from Strictly Kitchen & Bath. After I contacted him, looking to order this particular model, he not only walked me through the process but actually gave me his cell phone number and kept in contact with me to provide status updates on where this particular sink was in the supply chain. Well, the sink showed up in Livonia, and was promptly shipped out to me in upstate, NY. I received it just in time for installation into our new kitchen, and it was just what we were looking for! I've included pictures below. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I can say now that I highly recommend Strictly Kitchen and Bath to fulfill your kitchen and bath needs!

We were referred to Strictly Kitchen and they were outstanding! We have granite countertops and the sink we purchased would not fit. Would not anchor Jeff Wolf, GMR Granite made the referral. We found a sink and the installed it the next day. Excellent work. Nice sink!

I found this business after looking at another High End Manufacturer’s Zero Radius Sinks.
Strictly Sinks item was of exactly the same quality in terms of metal, process, gage etc, and it was Thousands of dollars less!!
Ordering was easy, Jonathan in Service was always available for quick answers and I received my items quickly.
My sink is now installed and my friends and family are WOWED. I chose the copper finish with all accessories and soap dispensers and it is stunning.
Highly recommend this company. They are honest and sincere about helping customers find the right solution and product.

Terrific experience. Called to purchase extremely hard to find sink overflow hole trim covers. Salesperson knew exactly what I was talking about. I ordered five in chrome. My out-of-state order was processed immediately and I received them the very next day! Good quality product. Perfect fit.

My very tiny powder room was just redone by Strictly Sinks. They did a fabulous job! They provided resources for granite, a beautiful faucet and a unique sink along with superb workmanship. The job was daunting because they had to work around almost 50 year old fixtures, wallpaper, plumbing , etc. Other big box resources refused the job, or would only do it for exorbitant pricing! Strictly Sinks did the job, quickly, and was reasonably priced. They anticipated potential problems, gave great suggestions and now I have a beautiful powder room. Everyone was pleasant to work with, efficient and punctual. I could not be happier!

Nothing but perfection from Strictly Kitchen and Bath. I ordered the workstation sink and my wife loves it. Also got the gold large faucet - absolutely gorgeous. Shipped quickly all the way to south Florida. Matthew was a pleasure to work with. Do not hesitate when it comes to these guys. Honest and reliable.
