Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
  • All order cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee (customer absorbs this cost — no exceptions).
  • Store credit cancellations are exempt from this fee.

  • Sale items, flash sales, promotional/holiday sales
  • Custom sinks
  • Cabinet hardware
  • Special order items
  • Installed products
Return Eligibility
  • Most standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (*exclusions apply*).
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unmodified packaging.
  • Not accepted:
    • Returns without the original box
    • Boxes that are defaced, written on, or modified
    • Returns after 30 days
    • Returns with customer-arranged postage
    • Items damaged from improper repackaging
    • Items that have been installed, used, altered, or modified
Return Process
  • Returns require prior approval and a valid RMA# — unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Use our self-service return portal to begin processing your return if applicable, or contact Customer Support for assistance.
  • Package items exactly as shipped; improper packaging may result in denial of return.
Refunds
  • Refund = original payment minus:
    • 15% restocking fee
    • Return shipping cost
  • Issued within 48 hours after inspection (inspection takes 24–48 hours).
  • Large/freight order refunds may take additional time due to banking timelines.

Refunds are issued as in-store credit only.

Avoiding Returns
  • Double-check dimensions, finish, and style before ordering.
  • Finish samples available upon request.
  • Photos are accurate but may vary slightly depending on your home lighting.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • Report within 30 days of delivery.
  • Email support@strictlykb.com with your RMA# and clear photos/videos.
  • We cover all shipping costs for approved damaged/defective returns.
  • We may provide troubleshooting steps before sending replacements — many issues stem from installation or misunderstanding of features.
  • Faucet Installation Note: Before connecting any faucet, bleed several gallons of water from each shut-off valve to flush debris. Damage from skipped flushing is not covered under warranty.
  • Replacements ship within 48 hours of an approved return.
Freight Shipments
  • Inspect freight deliveries at arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Failure to document damage at delivery may void claim/replacement eligibility.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery are subject to reshipment charges and all related return shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
  • Lost or stolen packages will not be reshipped without a new purchase.
  • We will file a carrier claim and await the outcome before issuing any refund.
  • If you want a replacement immediately, the order must be repurchased. Otherwise, please wait for the claim to close for a refund on the original order.
Special Policy for Disputes
  • Once marked “delivered” by the carrier or picked up locally, you acknowledge satisfactory receipt.
  • Fraudulent disputes will be prosecuted, reported to your bank, and result in a permanent ban from our site.
