Prompt service and delivery! I love my new rose gold faucet and so does everyone else that sees it! Sleek and beautiful!
Have a faucet that was in our home already when we bought it 3 years ago. Had the pull down hose develope a leak. Not knowing the logo on the faucet, a local plumbing supply company informed us that it was Strictly. When I arrived, I explained what had appeared to happen to the existing hose on the faucet. The weight on the hose was installed in the middle of the curve/loop, and over the 3+ years, had developed a cut in the hose from the edges of the weight. It did not leak all of the time, just when we pulled down on the sprayer, then the hole would spray all over the inside of the cabinet.Strictly generously took the time to find the right hose, showed me how to re-install it, and did not charge me for the part. I will return for other kitchen needs if we are doing any remodeling or upgrades.
I visited Strictly Kitchens and Bath the show room is amazing I came in to purchase a stopper for my drain and brought two other items. Now I’m ordering something for my sister. The atmosphere is so calming.
A product was shipped to us with the incorrect finish. When we returned the item, it was damaged in the shipping process. Customer service still charged us for the item, and was unpleasant during our interaction with them.
We love our corner sink and Strictly Kitchen + Bath was wonderful to work with!!Also, we installed our sink as a "drop in" even though it was meant to be an "undermount." It looks perfect!
I ordered the Rose Gold stainless steel work station sink, 32". I LOVE my kitchen sink!!! From the moment I found this on the Strictly Sinks site I knew I had to have it. It is so beautiful, durable and the perfect color!!! I got the garbage disposal adapter, the sink grid, the strainer, and the cutting board. All of the accessories have come in handy. I highly recommend this company. This brings me 100 % happiness!

From start to finish, it was a very nice experience working with the customer service team over the phone to place my order. Every item arrived as described, and shipping seemed near seamless. As a matter of fact, the way my sink was packaged for shipping was exceptional, very well protected. I thought Customer Service was an anachronism until I did business with Strictly Kitchen + Bath. Every step of the way, from inquiries to ordering to delivery and quality, everything has been stunningly professional. Though my items haven't been installed or used yet, I am anticipating a happy ending. And, if I need any support, I'm confident they'll be there!
I just spoke with Customer Service who would not accept a return of a new item that was outside of their 30 day return policy. I informed the representative that I was seeking to return the faucet I purchased because it is a completely different color finish than the hardware I had purchased, which was majorly backordered. The faucet is still in the original packaging. It was not touched and is still available for purchase on the website. I was told no exceptions can be made. I understand policies and business concerns, I am an attorney, but I am also a business owner and appreciate customer service, which is completely lacking here. There was zero understand for the realities of home renovation/construction at this time. Spend your money elsewhere.
Ordered one evening. They shipped our sink and accessories the next day, with FedEx delivering the third day. Amazing.Have not installed, but our copper sink looks great.
Sink came in a couple weeks delayed due to current unavoidable shipping issues. A very professional and empathetic staff memeber Johnnathan reached out to explain what was going on. Picking up my sink today!

Great customer service and large selection sinks and accessories. Used their Plumber to hook-up the new faucet, disposal and dishwasher -- he completely rebuilt the plumbing to make the new sink plumbing work correctly -- and it is perfect. Highly recommend !
They have the best customer service I have experienced from any website/company ever! I ordered kitchen sink hardware from their website and ended up ordering parts that were not going to work for my sink. When I called they stayed on the phone, helped me order the correct parts, and sent me a mailing label to send back the parts I ordered incorrectly. My 2nd experience was the fact that the faucet I purchased from their site ended up being defective. I left voice mail they called me back right away, apologized all over, immediately sent out a replacement same day, sent me free postage mail label to send back the broken faucet. didn't make me wait until they received old faucet to send replacement out. I highly recommend this company - they have unique products that are made in u.s.
1.5yr review. Still a very nice sink, cleans up easy. The Black Stainless finish is still in great condition, I added pics of the bottom where it has worn some. We would purchase again.

I was looking for a stainless steel, deep, single bowl workstation. I also wanted it to be 16 gauge stainless steel for durability. My boyfriend is a carpenter and told me about Strictly Kitchen & Bath out of Livonia, Michigan. They're product line included a gorgeous copper stainless workstation sink I was looking for. I reached Jonathon from Strictly Kitchen & Bath and I had my sink shipped to Arizona in two weeks!! He was so personable and provided top-notch customer service. He even gave me his cell number and kept me in the loop on the status of my order. I ordered some extra workstation pieces which he made sure were included in the shipment. We recently remodeled our kitchen including new cabinets, countertops and a new sink and faucet. With COVID playing havoc with supplies in all categories, my search for a sink was pretty daunting. I was looking for a specific look, a black stainless steel, deep, single bowl workstation. I also wanted it to be 16 gauge stainless steel for durability. In my searches I came across Strictly Kitchen & Bath out of Livonia, Michigan. They're product line included just the sink I was looking for . . . but there was a problem . . . the particular sink I was looking for was on a container, on a train, somewhere between the docks in Long Beach California and Michigan. Enter Jonathon, from Strictly Kitchen & Bath. After I contacted him, looking to order this particular model, he not only walked me through the process but actually gave me his cell phone number and kept in contact with me to provide status updates on where this particular sink was in the supply chain. Well, the sink showed up in Livonia, and was promptly shipped out to me in upstate, NY. I received it just in time for installation into our new kitchen, and it was just what we were looking for! I've included pictures below. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I can say now that I highly recommend Strictly Kitchen and Bath to fulfill your kitchen and bath needs!

I chose the copper finish with all accessories and soap dispensers and it is stunning.Highly recommend this company. Terrific experience. Called to purchase extremely hard to find sink overflow hole trim covers. Salesperson knew exactly what I was talking about. I ordered five in chrome. My out-of-state order was processed immediately and I received them the very next day! Good quality product. Perfect fit.
My very tiny powder room was just redone by Strictly Sinks. They did a fabulous job! They provided resources for granite, a beautiful faucet and a unique sink along with superb workmanship. The job was daunting because they had to work around almost 50 year old fixtures, wallpaper, plumbing , etc. Other big box resources refused the job, or would only do it for exorbitant pricing! Strictly Sinks did the job, quickly, and was reasonably priced. They anticipated potential problems, gave great suggestions and now I have a beautiful powder room.
