At Strictly Sinks we pride ourselves on having the highest quality at the best price. We guarantee our products to be exactly what you are looking for in the latest style and function. In the unlikely case that our product no longer satisfies our customers and is no longer functioning as promised, we will replace or repair the product at no expense to the original customer.
Our L.L.W. does not cover any type of abuse or mishandling of the product outside of normal wear and tear. Any type of alteration to the products will automatically void the warranty. Improper installation or storage of the products will also cause the warranty to be voided.

Strictly Kitchen and Bath will accept returns for any damaged, defective, and incorrect shipments within 30 days after delivery. If damage, defect, or incorrect item is found, then please contact Strictly Kitchen and Bath Customer Support at 888.517.1118 EXT 2 or at StrictlySinksOnline@Gmail.com. Replacement (when readily available) products will be shipped within 48 hours after customer support is contacted and the product has been returned (inspections usually takes 24-48 hours).
Strictly Kitchen and Bath will cover all shipping charges for any returns of damaged/defective goods or incorrect shipments. If you believe your item(s) arrived to you damaged or incorrect, then please contact us immediately upon unpacking your item(s).
All Products Return Policy
All Products are eligible for return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact Strictly Sinks Customer service at 888.517.1118 or at StrictlySinksOnline@Gmail.com All products must be undamaged and unused. We request that the product is properly packaged to ensure no damage will occur when shipping back. Once Strictly Sinks receives the product we will then refund the purchase (less the shipping charge) within 48 hours after inspection (inspection usually takes 24-48 hours). The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please try to avoid returns for size-specific and color-specific items you purchased by double-checking the dimensions before you place an order. Ask us for a sample to gauge color finish. All of our products are professionally photographed and are genuine to what you see in the photos. We are here to help and want to make sure items you purchase fit for your application and desired look. Call us with any questions.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED or RETURNED TO US DAMAGED. PLEASE CALL FOR HELP TO MAKE SURE IF YOU DO DECIDE TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS THAT THEY ARE PACKAGED THE SAME WAY YOU RECEIVED THEM.
