At Strictly Sinks we pride ourselves on having the highest quality at the best price. We guarantee our products to be exactly what you are looking for in the latest style and function. In the unlikely case that our product no longer satisfies our customers and is no longer functioning as promised, we will replace or repair the product at no expense to the original customer.
Our L.L.W. does not cover any type of abuse or mishandling of the product outside of normal wear and tear. Any type of alteration to the products will automatically void the warranty. Improper installation or storage of the products will also cause the warranty to be voided.

Damaged Products

Strictly Sinks will accept returns for any damaged or defective products, and incorrect shipments within 30 days after delivery. Once the defect is found please reach Strictly Sinks Customer Service at 888.517.1118 or at Sales@StrictlySinks.Store. Replacement products will be shipped within 48 hours after customer service is contacted and the product has been returned (inspections usually takes 24-48 hours).
Strictly Sinks will cover all shipping charges for any returns of damaged goods or incorrect shipments.

Sink Return Policy

All sinks are able to be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please contact Strictly Sinks Customer service at 888.517.1118 or at Sales@StrictlySinks.Store. All products must be undamaged and unused. We request that the product is properly packaged to ensure no damage will occur when shipping back. Once Strictly Sinks receives the product we will then refund the purchase (less the shipping charge) within 48 hours after inspection (inspection usually takes 24-48 hours). The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Faucet Return Policy

All products must be undamaged and unused. We request that the product is properly packaged to ensure no damage will occur when shipping back. Once Strictly Sinks receives the product we will then refund the purchase (less the shipping charge) within 48 hours after inspection (inspection usually takes 24-48 hours). The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. In the case that the faucet is unopened and in the original packaging the restocking fee will be waved.
